This notice describes how ATMETI LLC handles personal information and the choices available on this website.

Practices and legal applicability

ATMETI LLC is a California-registered limited liability company established in 2026. Our website is informational, with email inquiries and external Cal.com booking; it does not offer online transactions. Cloudflare traffic and page-performance measurement is optional; advertising is absent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Being registered in California does not by itself make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Coverage depends on statutory criteria, including the applicable adjusted revenue threshold, buying, selling, or sharing information of 100,000 or more consumers or households annually, or deriving at least half of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. Certain related businesses can also be covered.

Based on our current scale and confirmed activities, we do not currently understand ATMETI to meet those thresholds. We will reassess as revenue, information volumes, activities, and business relationships change. This statement is not a blanket exemption from other privacy laws or a waiver of rights that apply to you. See California's CCPA information for general guidance.

Information, purposes, recipients, and retention

The collection/use/sharing table in our Privacy Policy describes current handling. It includes identifiers and contact details; internet or electronic activity and technical information; and messages or professional/business information you choose to provide. Sources are your browser, your communications, and bookings submitted through Cal.com. We use that information to deliver and protect the website, respond to inquiries, and manage introductory meetings.

Cloudflare provides necessary hosting and security, and optional analytics after a saved acceptance to help us understand traffic and improve page performance. Analytics includes page URLs, referrer, browser details and load timing; network delivery involves IP addresses. Cal.com handles bookings; email services handle messages. We may make disclosures required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. There is no sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not request sensitive personal information for browsing or introductory booking, or use it for advertising or profiling.

Our retention policy is to retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage meetings, maintain required business and legal records, protect security, and resolve disputes. We will review records and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. We will explain limits when handling a deletion request; provider-controlled records and backups may follow provider retention practices or delayed deletion.

Voluntary protections offered now

You may ask what personal information ATMETI holds about you, request a copy, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications. We will assess these requests even when CCPA/CPRA does not require us to do so, subject to identity verification and legal or operational limits. We will explain any information we need or limits that affect the request.

Send requests to [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request. Identify the interaction and request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf; we may ask for evidence of authority and verification of your identity where appropriate. We will not penalize you for making a privacy request.

Statutory rights when CCPA/CPRA applies

If the law applies to ATMETI and your information, it can provide rights to know and access categories and specific pieces of personal information; request deletion and correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and exercise these rights without unlawful discrimination. These rights have statutory conditions and exceptions. A limitation right is not required for every use of sensitive information.

When statutory obligations apply, we will handle requests, authorized agents, verification, and response timing as required by law, and provide any required collection notices and controls. The voluntary request options above do not claim that every statutory right or deadline currently applies.

GPC and browser preferences

We use Cloudflare connection-location checks to exclude connections detected in the European Union, including covered territories, even if you accept analytics. If location eligibility cannot be verified, analytics is not started and reports are not sent. A connection's detected location can be inaccurate or change; it is not proof of where you live. Checks are repeated before reports, and some reports may be omitted when a page is hidden or closed. Necessary hosting and security are unaffected. These checks use the network connection handled by Cloudflare, including its IP address; the website receives only an eligibility signal, not your country. No separate geolocation provider or stored location preference is used.

The first-visit banner offers Accept analytics, Reject optional, and Manage. Analytics starts off and loads only after your successfully saved acceptance on this website, never in previews. Global Privacy Control (GPC) keeps it declined and prevents acceptance. Your choice has no fixed cutoff and is remembered while its saved website data remains available in this browser. You can change or reset it; updated measurement or preference settings can require fresh acceptance. Earlier acceptances are not automatically extended. The versions of this website with and without “www” may remember separate choices. You can manage or reset browser preferences at any time. Withdrawing stops future analytics reports and reloads the page; reports already sent or started cannot be recalled. The full saved preference record stays in browser storage, but hosting receives the withdrawal marker atmeti-analytics=off in the reload URL. These controls do not govern the separate Cal.com site. Our opt-in design is a product choice, not a statement that every cookieless analytics use legally requires consent.

Analytics stays off here if browser storage cannot be used. If saving a declined choice or clearing it fails, an older acceptance may remain and permit analytics in a later newly opened tab, even if open tabs were notified. Safety measures help keep it off in this tab but do not guarantee durable withdrawal for future tabs. Clear browser site data to remove the older choice; clear site data separately for the versions with and without “www”.

Changes

Changes take effect on the Last updated date shown above. We will update that date when this notice changes. For material changes, we will provide a prominent site notice and any additional notice or new choice required by applicable law. We will reassess legal applicability as practices change. Future marketing categories do not indicate active tools, campaigns, or contact lists; new tools require an updated policy and appropriate fresh choices.
