This notice describes how ATMETI LLC handles personal information and the choices available on this website.
Who we are and what this covers
ATMETI LLC is a California-registered limited liability company established in 2026. We initially market our consulting services in the United States. This informational website describes our services and provides email and Cal.com booking links. It has no accounts, checkout, or online transactions.
This notice covers website visits, initial email inquiries, and introductory meeting bookings. A future client engagement may need additional privacy and confidentiality terms. Send privacy questions or requests to [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request.
Information collected, used, and shared
You can browse without emailing us or booking a meeting. If you contact us, provide only what is needed to discuss your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, confidential business records, or client information in an initial message or booking answer.

Information you choose to provide may include your employer, role, or business needs. We do not request payment information or sensitive personal information for website browsing or introductory booking.
Sharing and service providers
Cloudflare and Cal.com are the confirmed website and booking providers. Email communications necessarily pass through email services. We use information to operate the website and respond to the interaction you initiate. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and our services.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use inquiry or booking email addresses to create advertising audiences or automatically enroll people in marketing lists.
Provider services can process information outside your state or country. Review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Cal.com's Privacy Policy for their practices.
Analytics, advertising, and future marketing
Our page-performance reports are limited to basic page-load information. Detailed responsiveness and layout metrics are not reported. Some page visits or timing information may also be omitted when a report cannot safely be sent.
We use Cloudflare connection-location checks to exclude connections detected in the European Union, including covered territories, even if you accept analytics. If location eligibility cannot be verified, analytics is not started and reports are not sent. A connection's detected location can be inaccurate or change; it is not proof of where you live. Checks are repeated before reports, and some reports may be omitted when a page is hidden or closed. Necessary hosting and security are unaffected.
These checks use Cloudflare's handling of your network connection, including its IP address. The website receives only an eligibility signal, not your country, and does not use a separate geolocation provider or location you enter. The checks are made only after valid analytics acceptance; they do not create an additional stored location preference.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is optional. It does not load on a first visit or when analytics is declined, GPC is active, the saved choice is invalid or no longer compatible with the current settings, or preference storage is unavailable. Acceptance must be saved successfully. Cloudflare describes its measurement as cookieless; our opt-in design is a product choice, not a statement that all cookieless analytics legally require consent. Advertising pixels, social widgets, and embedded booking calendars are absent. There are no marketing campaigns or established contact lists at present.
Future activities could include newsletters, advertising, or different analytics providers. These categories do not indicate active marketing tools. Before introducing them, we will review the information collected, providers, choices, and applicable requirements and update this notice. This analytics choice authorizes only the described Cloudflare measurement, not future tools or email subscriptions.
Booking or visiting this website is not consent to recording, transcription, or AI-assisted note-taking. Any proposal to use such tools for a meeting will need a separate explanation and appropriate agreement before it begins. Additional information handling will be reflected in an updated notice.
Retention and security
Our retention policy is to retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage meetings, maintain required business and legal records, protect security, and resolve disputes. We will review records and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful exceptions. Retention depends on the record, interaction, and applicable obligations rather than a single fixed period.
We will assess requests to delete records we control and explain any reason information must be retained. Provider-controlled records and backups may be subject to the provider's retention practices or delayed deletion; we cannot promise their immediate removal.
The website is a static informational site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send information that requires agreed confidentiality or special handling before arranging that with us.
Your choices and privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request. Describe your request and the interaction involved; do not send identity documents or sensitive details unless we explain why additional verification is necessary. We may ask for enough information to verify identity and locate the relevant records.
We voluntarily offer these request options and will explain applicable exceptions or limits. Legal rights depend on which laws apply to the business and your circumstances. Our California Privacy Notice distinguishes those legal rights from our voluntary practices.
The first-visit banner offers Accept analytics, Reject optional, and Manage. The versions of this website with and without “www” may remember separate choices. Manage browser preferences to change or reset a stored choice. The banner returns after reset or when a saved choice is invalid or no longer compatible with the current settings. Global Privacy Control (GPC) keeps analytics declined and prevents acceptance. Withdrawing stops future analytics reports and reloads the page; reports already sent or started cannot be recalled. Do Not Track is a separate browser signal and does not change the website's behavior.
Analytics stays off here if browser storage cannot be used. If saving a declined choice or clearing it fails, an older acceptance may remain and permit analytics in a later newly opened tab, even if open tabs were notified. Safety measures help keep it off in this tab but do not guarantee durable withdrawal for future tabs. Clear browser site data to remove the older choice; clear site data separately for the versions with and without “www”.
External booking and collection notices
Booking links open Cal.com as a separate site. Cal.com may use its own cookies and privacy controls. ATMETI's browser preferences do not control that site. Review its notice and the information requested on the booking page before submitting a booking.
Audience and updates
This website is intended for general business audiences. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Changes take effect on the Last updated date shown above. We will update that date when this policy changes. For material changes, we will provide a prominent site notice and any additional notice or new choice required by applicable law. New optional tools require an updated policy and appropriate fresh choices; previously saved preferences do not authorize them.
